Suction function: When the vacuum pump is working, negative pressure is formed in the tank through gas conversion, high vacuum degree and large suction force, it can suck the materials in the feeding bin to the tank of the vehicle at high speed, and the dust of the pumped materials can reach the emission standard of class U through filtering, which is in full with the requirements of environmental protection.
Transport function: After the material is pumped, there is no need to transfer or transhipment, the vehicle is directly transported to the designated position for unloading. As the transport process is sealed, there will not be the slightest dust flying, to avoid causing secondary pollution.
Pressure discharge function: when the materials are transported to the designated receiving bin, the air compressor works (external air source can also be used), and the fluidised materials are all pressed and discharged to the designated receiving bin using compressed air, the whole process is carried out in a fully sealed state, and there will not be any secondary pollution, and it can meet the rapid connection of the external air pipeline on the site.
